Our wide variety of machinery (lathes, milling machines, rotary tables, fixed tables, 3-axis centers, 5-axis centers in continuous palletized, laser cell, three-dimensional gantry...) allows us to offer a service adapted to the needs of our customers, in quality and time.
New pavilion located in Rentería (Guipúzcoa) Polígono Egiburuberri 21A, of 9,800 m2 with 67 machines and cranes up to 80 Tn, in a multifunctional facility that encompasses the different business lines of Izadi and incorporates the latest technologies of Industia 4.0 optimizing the manufacturing processes and with a better control of specifications.
Izadi Mecanizados, from a capacity point of view, is composed of 6 dedicated sub-factories:
- CNC lathe (horizontal and vertical)
- Machining centers and milling machines (4, 5 axis)
- Gear hobbing and grinding
- Internal mortising and hobbing
- Wire EDM and sinking
- Surface grinding
