REDUCERS & OPEN TRANSMISSION
We build parts to drawing in medium, short or even unitary series. Depending on the needs of the project, we can use from unitary machining processes in conventional lathe, to more complex machining.
We carry out very specific works in exterior and interior milling both by generation and by tooth by mortising.
We are specialists in works in the interior of parts in keyways, ribs, flat faces, angular heads or EDM.
We repair parts and manufacture spare parts by sample, drawing or reverse engineering using CMM and blue laser scanning.
In addition, we can generate a complex profile from a sample part by machining, 3D Printing or with our Laser Cladding & Hardening cell.
We have our own Metrology and Quality unit that supports manufacturing under various certifications, and with which we can also verify both parts and assemblies.
IZDIT is the power transmission and gearbox division of Izadi where we develop, design, manufacture, assemble and test through IIoT analysis on our test bench evaluating operating stresses, scheduled maintenance and equipment degradation.
- Gearboxes designed and built under an integrated approach between the different areas of technical office, manufacturing and customer service in sectors as wide as steel, paper, naval, rubber, energy, etc...
- Large transmissions and open transmission systems with one-piece and two-piece mechanically welded girth gears up to Ø7,500 mm combined with reducers and couplings for mills, trommels in heavy industry such as cement, mining, fertilizers, etc.
