Standard Machining
Because of the breadth of machinery and diversity of machining operations, this division has a comprehensive in-house machining and part building services capability.
In Izadi we have SAT and Emergency teams to carry out repairs, maintenance and assembly of equipment both in our facilities and in the customer's plant. We take advantage of our wide machinery capacity to give a minimum term service in emergencies to our customers.
Heavy Duty
Large machining division with special emphasis on the manufacture of components for wind turbines and heavy industry equipment (energy, naval, aeronautical, nuclear) with weights up to 80Tn and dimensions of 15m*5m*4m.
In response to the customer's needs, this division acts as the head of orders, integrating product solutions from the technical office, foundry/forging, machining, painting, equipment assembly and installation in the final plant.
High Precision
From this high precision division we design manufacturing and machining processes through CAD/CAM engineering (Siemens NX9) with focus on complex geometric machining and sectors with high level of specifications and quality such as Aerospace, Aeronautics, Defense, Science, Special Molds, Electric Motor and Mechatronics.
We specialize in the development and manufacture of high value-added components including ultra-precision (+-0.5 µ). In-house, we also offer advanced engineering and additive manufacturing services.
Gears & Couplings
This division of gear, keyway and ribbing cutting in couplings is the core of Izadi. Both for the knowledge of the standards and different types of cuttings, as well as for the wide diversity and capacity of machinery.
We can cut and grind flanks straight and helical teeth, straight and spiral bevels, hypoid bevels, worm-crown sets, racks, pulleys, ribbed shafts, keyways, flat faces and internal figures; all in a range of Modulus from 0.5 to 34, dimensions Ø5 to Ø3.500, inclination +60º/-45º, weights up to 15 Tn and length 6.000mm.
Laser
In our Laser division with Hardening and Cladding solutions, we carry out high volume processes of metallic contribution by means of LMD with improvement in the mechanical characteristics of tenacity, resistance and useful life in demanding applications in the stamping, gas&oil, lamination and transmission sectors.
We also perform local laser hardening processes with high precision, minimum invasiveness and deformation, process flexibility and very high cycle times.
Metrology
Our Metrology division provides measurement services to external customers as well as to the rest of Izadi's divisions. We use 3 CMMs in air-conditioned rooms: from ultra-precision three-dimensional Leitz (0.80µ) to Hexagon Delta CMM gantry (dimensions 5m*3m*3m of useful measurement) with tactile measurement and blue light sensor.
We have Leica laser-track and Renhisaw interferometer equipment for internal use as well as for customer's plant.
