Design based on analysis of actual use
We design and calculate our gearboxes using real operating data (from our database or those collected -through IIoT- at the customer's facilities).
All our equipment is manufactured in our factory located in Rentería (Guipúzcoa). We have facilities of more than 9,600 m2 specifically organized for the design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, tuning, test bench running and certification of gearboxes.
We use the latest technologies in data acquisition and processing, using a minimum number of sensors. We have two distinguishing features: we work with a wide range of sampling frequencies from 3 Hz to 20 kHz (equivalent to one sample every 50 microseconds), and with an accuracy of 0.05 microseconds; and we can use unsynchronized data: the fusion of data from sensors and systems, generally asynchronous.
We perform the calculations of our gearboxes according to international standards ISO, DIN, AGMA, etc. with the most modern software available and with our own development tools.

Turnkey manufacture, test bench and certification
In our modern test bench and through IIoT technologies of data acquisition, pre-processing and processing through AI and Machine Learning algorithms, we can test the correct start-up of the gearbox and analyze its operation under the same conditions it will have in real use through inference techniques.

Integral maintenance, detection, diagnosis and evaluation of failures.
Our modern and unique data collection and processing system allows us to carry out an exhaustive and continuous monitoring of all the gearbox parameters, which allows us to carry out predictive maintenance tasks, avoiding costly production stoppages and corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.

Detection of point anomalies (outliers), detection of degradation over time (trend analysis), use of the gearbox as a "sensor" of the upstream and downstream condition
We offer maintenance services and SAT services for our own and third-party gearboxes, as well as service life analysis of components and gears.
Thanks to our patented AI algorithms, which process the signals captured by our sensors and through IIoT technology, the system can anticipate the wear that causes the malfunction and in which of the components it will occur.
