This was our visit to Metalmadrid 2022

Stand de Izadi IZDIT en Metalmadrid 5

How do IZDIT industrial gearboxes work – live? How do we anticipate failures thanks to our IIoT-based predictive system? How do we use Laser Cladding for part repair?

We answered these questions at our booth, where we were accompanied by our partners Aingura IIoT and Talens Systems, who gave several talks during the morning of Wednesday, October 19. But, first, let’s know why we were at this event.

Why is Izadi Group participating as an exhibitor at Metalmadrid22?

Beltrán Ybarra (our General Manager) began by explaining what it means for Izadi Group to exhibit our most innovative proposals at Metalmadrid22 and how we can help companies to be more efficient in their industrial manufacturing processes.

“Metalmadrid is an event with a long history behind it (this is its fourteenth edition) and is a showcase where the latest developments in the sector are presented. And Izadi Group has a lot to tell” .

Beltran Ybarra

What did we talk about at our booth at Metalmadrid?

On the one hand, Rafael D. Ibeas Almazán (CEO Aingura IIoT) told us about 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗜𝗼𝗧, the system of algorithms with which our 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 are not only able to anticipate failures, but to know when they will fail and in which element that failure will occur.

On the other hand, Patxi Samaniego (Innovation Director of Inzu Group) was explaining to the attendees how, with 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, we can recover parts through the contribution of material.

IZDIT, nominated in the Advanced Manufacturing Awards

In the afternoon of that Wednesday (first day of the fair), the Advanced Manufacturing Awards Gala was held , awards to which our IZDIT industrial power reducers were nominated.

What are the Advanced Manufacturing Awards?
