From Izadi, we are dedicated to the manufacture and repair of parts in short series, giving great importance to both the delivery dates requested by our customers, as well as the level of precision and quality required.
Short and medium series
We build parts to drawing in medium and short series. Depending on the needs of the project, we can use from single machining processes on conventional lathes to the most complex machining.
Specialization in unitary piece
We are highly specialized in the manufacture of highly complex unitary parts.

PRODUCTIVE
We have a wide range of machinery that allows us to machine any type of part or component with high quality:
01. Conventional and CNC Lathe (H/V)Inner and motorized heads. Stone and plate grinding in Ø, cones and figures.
Up to Ø 4,300 mm and length 5,000 mm outdoors and minimum of Ø 20*350 mm indoors
02. Milling (3, 4 and 5 axes)High kinematic centers 17 m/sec and speed 20,000 rpm 5th axis in continuous operation.
4th axis milling machines, dimensions up to 14,000 mm x 5,000 mm x 3,000 mm with benches for workpieces up to 80 Tn.
03. Wire and die sinking EDM.Both blind keyways and ribs 1,500 mm as well as
up to a maximum length of 3,500 mm
From 3 mm up to a width of 500 mm
04. Surface grinding.Tables 1.300 x 1.000 mm with cutting height up to 600 mm working in 4th continuous axis, thread 0,2 and Ra 0,6.
05. Okuma Multus 3000 with twin spindlesFor high-precision multitasking machining.
