Laser Cladding (additive contribution by means of LMD) and Hardening (thermal hardening) that allow us to make special coatings, as well as to manufacture and repair parts for industrial equipment.

Temple
Thanks to our laser, we harden effective hardness depths up to 5 mm and in a wide range of part dimensions. We can harden any geometry of toothed profile and figure with gradient in layer and hardness.

Additive
Our LMD laser cladding is equipped with a dynamic trajectory generation software and soft/hard and bi-material input. This results in a high input (15kg/h volumetric) based on the use of high power 8Kw laser and with the raio dss management by Talens, our partner.
With our revolutionary laser solutions (thermal hardening or laser hardening, and additive or laser cladding), we bring added value to our processes, both for the manufacture of parts for new equipment and for the repair of industrial parts.
